In 2021-2022, the Asian Management and Development Institute (AMDI) continued to keep our 1st rank in Top 5 Consultants involved in consulting services contracts under the Asian Development Bank (ADB)’s loan, Grant and Technical Assistance Project. This marks the 5th consecutive year of AMDI to maintain our leading position.

In 2019, AMDI expanded our operation to the Lao People's Democratic Republic, marking a vital step in market development of AMDI in particular and AMDI Group in general. ADB funded projects to AMDI are in various sectors such as education, public sector management, water and other urban infrastructure and services etc. Highlighted ADB funded projects are:
- The Fourth Greater Mekong Subregion Corridor Towns Development Project, implemented from February 2019 to February 2025 in Lao People's Democratic Republic with the total contract value of 3,514,000 USD;
- The Sustainable Rural Infrastructure And Watershed Management Sector Project in Luang Prabang and Xayaboury with the total contract value of 1,476,904 USD, in cooperation with the Department of Irrigation, Lao PDR’s Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
- The Greater Mekong Subregion Tourism Infrastructure For Inclusive Growth Project, implemented from June 2016 to April 2020 in Vietnam with the total contract value of 2,100,000 USD;
- The Second Lower Secondary Education For The Most Disadvantaged Areas Project, implemented from 2015 to 2021 in Vietnam with the total contract value of 2,079,290 USD.
The significant achievements are foster for AMDI to secure its leading position among ADB-financed consulting firms as a reliable partner of ADB in particular and international donors in general in 2023 and the coming years.
